The musical landscape of the production is shaped by Adonis Rose, a Grammy Award-winning artist, composer, educator, and producer from New Orleans, LA. Rose’s illustrious career includes collaborations with jazz luminaries such as Terence Blanchard, Betty Carter, and Wynton Marsalis. In 2010, he won a Grammy Award with the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra for Best Large Ensemble . His rich musical heritage and dynamic compositions are expected to infuse Vietnamerica with a profound auditory experience.

The narrative foundation of Vietnamerica is crafted by writer and executive producer Nancy Bui. Her commitment to preserving and sharing Vietnamese-American stories ensures that the musical remains authentic and resonant. Bui’s dedication to storytelling serves as the backbone of the production, weaving together the personal and collective histories of the Vietnamese diaspora.
